I bought this airplane knowing I’d eventually upgrade the panel… I just didn’t expect to rebuild the entire thing from scratch.

With the help of my A&P and my friends at Dynon Avionics, this Cessna 180 now has a full Dynon SkyView HDX glass cockpit. After flying more than 500 hours behind Dynon in our Bonanza, bringing the SkyView HDX system into the Skywagon felt like the obvious move.

Today’s flight from Merrill Field to Birchwood is the first real test of the new Dynon SkyView HDX panel.
